Our home

Architecturally designed house and renovated Malt Kiln make this a very unusual exchange. Our house is sunny and warm with balcony at first floor where the living accommodation is, and terrace at ground floor where second bedroom is. We have a 3rd bedroom, but currently use this as an office. Our kitchen is within the Kiln and therefore round with everything you need for your comfort. We love our house and take great care of it. I would suggest this is not ideal for young children as the bedrooms are doubles and on different floors. We are joined on to our daughters house, so help is aways handy.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We live in a historical coastal village on the River Forth, not 10 minutes from the world famous Forth Road and Rail Bridges. From here you can access Edinburgh,Glasgow, St Andrews, the East Neuk and many more places as although a village, we are very central in Scotland. Around the village and along the beach are lovely walks. Whatever you are looking for is probably in the location. Dunfermline, the local town, not only boasts the birthplace of many kings, but the home of Andrew Carnegie and the Carnegie Hall.
