Residential area with several parks in walking distance. The lovely Georgian Harbour of Charlestown is a few mins away by car and offers an array of restaurants and pubs over looking the tall ships of this historic location. The cathedral city of Truro is just 30 mins drive with its specialist shops, boutiques and quaint cobbled streets. There are numerous beaches to explore on the north for surfing and body boarding or the south for sailing and paddle boarding. The popular tourist attraction of the Eden Project is just a 10 minute drive and is well worth a visit as are the beautiful Lost Gardens of Heligan, just a 15 minute drive. Bodmin Moor is wonderful for walking as is the coastal path and the many popular walks that can be found around every corner. This property is very central and an ideal location to explore the whole of Cornwall.
