Our home has two bedrooms, both double - in addition the bed in the smaller room can be converted to either one or two singles. The bathrooms are newly done and the kitchen is bright and sunny and overlooks our garden and then over to Richmond Park. There is a small front garden looking out into the street with a bench conveniently placed for evening drinks. The living room has a dining table for 6 and large L shaped sofa for serious relaxing.
Neighbors- Our neighbours are very friendly and will welcome you to the area.
Indoor recreation-
Despite no musical expertise our house contents do include two guitars and an electric piano, which one day we will get round to playing! We love playing board games, so have a cupboard full of them to choose from. We also have many dvd's, ps2, and the full Sky package.
Pets- We do have a hamster but he will be on vacation. Our fish tank will be quietly bubbling away in the corner and although it can self-sustain, a keen eye would be appreciated.
We are a professional couple both working in local schools. We are keen travellers and are looking for a new way to see the world.
It is a top floor maisonette in a quiet cul de sac. It is in a lovely location, you can be in central London in 30 minutes by car or twenty by train but is in walking distance to a Royal Park, the River Thames and Kingston with all it's shops and restaurants.
On a typical weekend we like to ride our bikes into Richmond park, and picnic watching the abundance of deer. Then in the evening, cycle (Less than 10 minutes) to the Thames River for an evening of live music at our favourite Riverside gastropub 'The Boaters Inn' - which is a superb location to watch the rowers.
There are many idyllic walks, restaurants and pubs around our location, and with Richmond Park being within walking distance, its ideal for small families.
