Our home

A sunny 2 bedroom converted flat is situated in the much sought after Poets Corner, in Hove. With all year sun coming into the front room and second bedroom, we have big bay windows that offer a beautiful on-shore breeze to compliment the sunshine which also keeps the place bright and airy.
We live on the top floor of a converted terrace, and have our own entry into the flat so you have plenty of privacy.
Our place is big enough for three adults, or a couple with a baby, but would be too small for a family with active kids.
We have a wall mounted flat screen LED television in the front room, blu-ray player and stereo for CD's and ipods.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, with wardrobe and chest of drawers and a balcony that is great in summer for hanging out washing and having a barbecue.
The second bedroom is a nursery, but if you need a bed we have an excellent quality futon that we would be happy to set-up. This room also contains a triple wardrobe and two sets of draws.
The kitchen has all you need, combined oven/grill and stove, microwave, kettle, small built in fridge and small bench top freezer.
The bathroom has a combined bath and shower with toilet.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Hove is the place to live in Brighton and Hove, it is just outside the hustle and bustle of Brighton, but still contains all its own pleasures and things to do, with restaurants, cafes and shopping on Church Street, about a 10 minutes walk away, if you ever want to pop out and be amused for a few hours there is always something to do. We have a local pub just a stones throw away, literally 30 paces or so, its funky feel and tasty meals are always tempting us in.
We have a train station behind us which gets you into the heart of Brighton in 6 minutes and can link you up to the main trains to London (1 hour journey) every 15 to 20 minutes. There is also a bus service at the end of the road which can take you up and down the South Coast, including into Brighton every 5 to 10 minutes.
Brighton is a lively cultured scene which has something for all walks of life. Brighton is known as the coolest city in the UK, getting up to 8 million tourists a year! With an iconic pebbled beach 10 minute walk away, the buzz of Brighton 6 minutes away and the calm serenity of the South Downs 10 minutes away, its no wonder Brighton is so popular. I have attached some taster photos on each of the elements Brighton offers, but of course there are so much more to see, I would suggest visiting http://www.visitbrighton.com/ for more information.
There is also connecting trains from brighton every 15 to 20 minutes to get you in the heart of London.
