Our home is an old extended farmhouse, in a planned medieval village on the edge of the North Yorkshire moors.
Parts of it date back to the early 16th century.
Two separate sitting areas, a study.
Kitchen with aga.
Large master bedroom
Luxury master bathroom, with jacuzzi
3 other bedrooms, 1 ensuite

We are surrounded by beautiful countryside.
The village is very small, but has an excellent pub in walking distance.
Mal and I are looking to house swap for a few weeks towards the end of September next year for a few weeks.
Our son and his wife live in Sydney and we would like to visit them, but as their accommodation is quite small, we would like to be near, but not too near.
We are in a small planned medieval village on the edge of the north yorks moors, in a conservation village in the national park.
Lots of places to walk.
Many historical towns nearby. York is only 45 mins drive.
Local markets on Monday, wed and Thursday.
