Our home

Located in the neighbourhood of Leith, our apartment has stunning views over to the castle and Arthur's Seat from the open plan living-dining room and balcony. The Centre of Edinburgh is a 25 minute walk away - or short bus ride - and also 5 minutes walk to Leith Shore, home to some lovely restaurants and cafes and a stone's throw from the Royal Yacht Britannia.

A recently purchased flat, our home is in pristine condition with excellent facilities and features - many of them brand new including a super kingsize Simba mattress in the master bedroom and new appliances (large fridge-freezer and oven).

Our home is situated in an old renovated Whisky bond (transformed into properties in the 1990s) and is a very peaceful and quiet place to live. A perfect base for guests looking for a Scottish retreat to return home to after exploring historic Edinburgh. We recommend relaxing on the balcony or around the dinner table whilst enjoying castle views (and spectacular fireworks from the castle whilst the Edinburgh Festival is on!).

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Leith is an up and coming, artistic area of Edinburgh with some lovely cafes and restaurants, particularly along Leith Shore. People are friendly and there are lots of young people.

Leith is home to the Royal Yacht Britannia and is also where J K Rowling lived in Edinburgh when she wrote the early Harry Potter books.
