Our home

Our home is a modern 4 bed, 2 bath detached on the edge of the Peak District National Park. It is light and spacious, well maintained, and has all the mod cons you´d expect including: fast speed broadband internet access, large plasma screen tv with full Sky/cable package. There is a large enclosed rear and side garden (ideal/safe for small children) and a long front garden/driveway providing ample off street parking. The surrounding hills can be viewed from the garden.

Who we are

  1. We are David and Janine. We´re married and in our late 30´s. Janine is a High School Teacher and me a Paramedic. Our daughter is Annabel who is three years old. We enjoy walking in the beautiful surrounding countryside, reading, good food and spending as much time as possible together as a family. We are paricuarly interested in exchanges in Adelaide as we have family there but are open to offers anywhere inducing the UK.
We also have two cars to offer if required.
We are new to the exchange process but can assure you that we would take great care of your home.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants as well as traditional country pubs in and around the town for your enjoyment.
Glossop also has an excellent rail link directly into Manchester city centre(30min) where you will find an extremely vibrant and diverse culture to explore.
Other areas of interest which are easily accessible include: Chatsworth House in Derbyshire(40 min drive), The beautiful Yorkshire Dales(30 min drive), Cheshire within 10 mins and both Manchester United and City are also within 30 mins for any sports fans.
