We have a two storey 3/4 bedroomed home. It is very modern, with mostly wooden floors. There is a balcony upstairs, and three bedrooms have sea views.
Outside there is an Australian style heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi. Loungers and barbecue area overlook the pool. A large conservatory overlooks the garden.
The luxury en-suite bathroom has a double spa bath and steam room - perfect for those winter evenings when you want to snuggle up in front of the open fire.
All mod cons, and plenty of parking.
Graham - my husband is a scientist: plays golf, amateur dramatics, piano, clarinet and is learning the sax.
Pamela - area organiser National Charity: sails,
dressmaking, spinning and crafts.
We have six children between us, all left the nest, and six/seven granchildren.
We love the theatre, eating out and quiz nights.
We live in sleepy edwardian rural town, overlooking the sea. London, Cambridge, Norwich are approx 60 minutes by train.
There are beautiful walks along the coast, championship golf courses, theatres and of course the famous Snape Maltings Festival Hall.
Our town centre is a gentle 15 minute walk, with shops, cinema, pier, pubs and restaurants on the beach.
We swapped recently to Texas, and they said that it was the prettiest and best location they have ever stayed at.
