Our home

We offer a large and beautiful Victorian apartment in the centre of Edinburgh which we completely developed a few years ago. We live in a very quiet street with views of Edinburgh castle, in the Marchmont district on the edge of the Meadows park.

We have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a toddler bed. There is one living room with a large dining table which seats 6 (with a sofa where 2 people can sleep). It is typical of an Edinburgh apartment, with wooden floor, cornices and period fireplaces in every room. There is shared garden to the rear of the property.

We can also arrange a car exchange if you want to fly to the UK.

  1. We both work in the centre or Edinburgh, Roger manages the sales and marketing team for an English Language school and I work as an HR Manager. Our daughter Evie is four and we have a two year old son called Alexander. We have done three very successful home exchanges, two to France and the second to Stockholm.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

There are lots of great restaurants and bars within a five minute walk and the centre of town is around a 20 minute walk away. The great thing about Edinburgh is as well as galleries and museums, there are lots of outdoor space and parks plus you have easy access to the Highlands of Scotland and beaches.
