Our home

Perfect for Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Edinburgh Tattoo (Edinburgh Castle)

We live in one of the most beautiful areas in Edinburgh, our apartment is situated in heart of Edinburgh's city centre (eh7 postcode) main attractions are only 5 or 6 minute walk away. Yet, also situated on a greenbelt area, on our doorstep is Edinburgh cycle path where you can go anywhere in Edinburgh within minutes (its fantastic). You can choose to explore our historic city, have a glass of wine or so and still be able to walk home. There is honestly too much going on in Edinburgh to list it all!

Our home is very comfortable, clean and we look after it it very well, we have four children (but only one will be traveling with us, she is 7 yrs old).

There is an entry system into our apartment and also a lift (if you require after a hard days sightseeing), although we are on the 1st floor.

You don't require a car here, but if you wish to hire, we have a permit for parking.

We have three bedrooms, all which have double beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite and there is also an additional bathroom with tub and shower.

Who we are

My Husband is Headmaster of a secondary school and I have my own childcare business. We have four children but will only be traveling with our youngest who is 7 yrs old. We have been the owners of this property since newly built (10 years ago aprox). We love hour house and its location and would like to share this with others. You can be rest assured that we will respect your property as we do ours.
