Our home

The apartment is situated in a Georgian block built in 1825 in the New Town Edinburgh 5 minutes walk from the Botanical Gardens. It was originally a wine and spirits merchants and has been recently renovated to form a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and one shower room stylish apartment. The living area is open plan with the mezzanine floor housing the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The stairsrails are wrought iron with woodenfloors and a wood burning stove sits underneath in the compact space. The three full length windows are 4 metres tall with shutters and the kitchen is modern along with the bathrooms, the shower room doubles as a steam room. The flat is decorated with 1930 s furniture and white leather modern Italian furniture, it has original art work and animal skins rugs.
The space is perfect for a couple, one person or three, but the second bedroom is a small single suitable for a child over 7 but no younger would be suitable.
