Who we are

  1. We are a family of four, mum, dad, daughter and son

  2. I am a fitness and health food fanatic. We enjoy living near the sea and making the most of the fresh air. I am a behavioural psychologist, who is passionate about autism and mental health in young people. My children are my pride and joy.

  3. I have always loved period properties which exude character and historical beauty. We have lived in this house for 8 years, so it is a well lived, every evolving family home. The house reflects our lifestyle and taste.

We enjoy walking, running, riding our bikes, paddle boarding, swimming, gardening, watching films, going out and eating.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

East Preston is on south coast, sandwiched between Chichester and Brighton. It is a quiet but vibrant village with plenty of things to do, all right on your doorstep. Three pubs, five restaurants, two cafes, local supermarket, hairdressers, beauty salon, takeaways and so much more. The beautiful pebble beach is a 5 minute walk straight down the road. The village sits between two private estates so the beach is very quiet.

The location is fantastic for events such as Goodwood, East Dean, Brighton Festival, Pride and so much more.

There's no shortage of food and drink festivals in Sussex and the local produce is amongst the best in the UK with seafood along the coast and ideal conditions for vineyards, Bolney, Nyetimber, Ridgewood, Highdown and many more.

May is festivals month in Brighton with arts, music and diverse culture celebrated in party style. Brighton is also renowned for a thriving comedy and music scene.

There are hundreds of walks across beautiful countryside, with the South Downs National Park on our doorstep, perfect tracks for biking and walking.

Nearby historical towns and villages of interest in Sussex include Arundel, Petworth, Steyning, Lewes, Battle, Guildford.

We are 1 hour 40 minute train ride to London Victoria, 1 hour from Portsmouth and a bit further to Sounthampton, where you can catch a ferry to the Isle of Wight.
