Our home

Our home was built in the 1970's as part of a community development on the land formerly occupied by a large house. On the ground floor is the lounge with an open fire, dining room, kitchen, utility room with washing machine and dryer, cloakroom and TV room. On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms, a double bedroom, a bunk bed room with pull out trundle bed and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. There is a family bathroom shared between the other bedrooms. On the second floor is a single bedroom with a trundle bed underneath.
Outside the property is an open garden to the front and to the rear an enclosed south facing garden with patio area, BBQ and borders.
The properties have lots of space around them and have the benefit of our own clubhouse in which there is a swimming pool, squash courts, tennis courts and a bar which is only used by residents. Situated on the edge of a village we have the best of both worlds of being close to the countryside yet have easy access to the near by town or the cities of Chester, Manchester and Liverpool.
Cheshire is a beautiful county and is ideally located to visit the Lake District ( 1 1/2 hrs), North Wales with its majestic Snowden Mountain (1 1/4 hr) and the bustling cities of Chester ( with it's famous Roman city walls and split level shops), Liverpool and Manchester. If you are looking for beautiful scenery, lots of activities such as walking and cycling or lots of places to visit then Cheshire has a lot to offer.
We have had a wonderful exchange in Canada 2019 and look forward to our next adventure in 2020!
