Our home

We live in Cranbrook, the smallest and one of the oldest towns in Kent and within easy reach, by train, of central London.

Our house is in the centre of the town and next to the largest smock windmill in England within a small complex of six architect designed properties.

The house includes three large double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. The house is spread out over four floors with a large kitchen and dining area on the lower floor which leads out to a pretty courtyard garden. On the main floor we have a large lounge with fine views over the town of Cranbrook. The three bedrooms are on the upper floors and enjoy views over Cranbrook, with the bedroom to the front having views towards the windmill. The property also has a double garage and parking.

Who we are

  1. My wife and I have two young daughters. We would respect your home in the same way we would hope you would respect ours.

We are interested in exchanges within Europe, particularly France, Spain and Italy as well as North America and the Far East.

We are able to offer our house for summer 2016, for a non simultaneous exchange, as we have already made plans for that period. We are interested in exchanges for Christmas 2016 as well as Easter 2017.

We are also happy to exchange cars.
