Our home

Fly or drive to England, stay at our holiday home by the sea in North Wales and enjoy a day trip to Ireland on the 90 minute fast ferry to Dublin. Charming seaside cottage situated on Conwy Marina, on the coast of North Wales, a riverside walk to the medieval town of Conwy with 13th century castle. Equipped and furnished to a high standard and set in a quiet cul de sac location with views of Conwy golf course from the twin bedroom, a very short walk to the beach and the first tee at the Championship Course of Conwy www.conwygolfclub.com

There is a fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave etc, sitting room with Freeview TV and DVD and dining area with patio doors to enclosed patio area with outdoor furniture and not directly overlooked, cloakroom/WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and bathroom with shower. Private off road parking.

A 4x4, golf clubs, electric trolly, travel cot and high chair supplied.

Also available to rent if an exchange cannot be arranged. Or we have a 3 bedroom house, sleeps 6, also on the marina, available. We are unable to offer July or August for an exchange.

  1. Hello! We are Steve & Anne both hovering around the half century mark. We run our holiday rental business from home in Cheshire. We have no children and are non smokers. Steve is a keen golfer with Anne acting as caddy.

    We are looking to exchange from a few days to 3 weeks. We are interested in somewhere within 30 minutes drive of the sea and are flexible with dates as we can offer a non-simultaneous exchange.

    We are seasoned exchangers to the US x 5, Ireland, Denmark, France, UK & Spain. References can be supplied as we are still in contact with our exchangers.

Situated in historical North Wales, Conwy is a World Heritage Site and a wonderful historic town.
