Our home

Comfortable, spacious family home comprising 4 double bedrooms with TVs, living room, dining room, tv room and family room with direct access to spacious secluded walled garden with dining area and BBQ. Comfortable seating with outdoor heating in back garden to relax. The master bedroom has ensuite facilities and a balcaony with spectacular views over North Lanarkshire and Glasgow. The front garden has parking for 3/4 cars with neighbouring carport for an additional three family cars. PC, Nintendo Wii, XBOX360. Childrens bikes, go-carts and outdoor toys for all ages.

Who we are

  1. Billy (54) and Gwen (45) with 3 children - Alison 16, studying Highers,Jack 7 and Matthew 4 who love to spend time together with family and friends. Billy,a Facilities Manager with The National Health Service and Gwen a Senior Operations Manager with Virgin media work hard all year round and look forward to valuable vacation time with our children. Never thought about doing this before and have always travelled to All Inclusive hotels but thought we should try something different with no restrictions. We would like to get to know the intended visitors before committing to better understand their needs and requirements.

This is a very quiet village 10 miles from Glasgow and 30 miles from Edinburgh. We have access to the M8(main motorway) which gives you access to venture further afield in Scotland, for example St Andrews, Gleneagles. The local train station is a 5 minute drive from the house, which wiil give you access to trains to Glasgow city centre and beyond. Easy driving distance to beautiful countryside and beaches. Many restaurants, cinemas, bowling and excellent shopping malls nearby.
