Small garden at the front and private terraced area at the back, with a well-cared for, mature small garden and chimenea. Garage. Newly decorated with living room, dining room, study and fully fitted, convenient kitchen. Two double bedrooms and one single, all with fitted wardrobes. Gas central heating with easy to use gas fire in living room. Power-type shower as well as bath. Lots of books, CDs, DVDs and children's toys. Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Our house is a short riverside walk away from the city centre which has several interesting and historic buildings such as the eleventh century castle and the cathedral. There is also a very child-friendly museum and several parks. Carlise has an excellent shopping centre and is close to the motorway for travelling further afield. We are 10 miles from Gretna and 45 minutes from the Lake District, which is a wonderful place for walking or just looking. Newcastle, the MetroCentre and the beautiful North East coast is only an hour or two away
