Our home

We have a 4 bedroomed detached house with wonderful views, close to beach, hills, forests and the ancient much photograped medieval village of Dunster. We are 1hr30mins to Bath, and 2 hours by train to London. Our house has 3 double and 1 single bedroom, large lounge, dining room, conservatory, lovely garden with built in barbecue, fantastic views up to Exmoor. Kitchen with double oven, and a garage. We also have a 2 bedroomed apartment in Spain, with views from the front to the sea, and from the back windows to the mountains. The beaches are within walking distance as is the town of alcossebre in Valencia. We should be quite happy for exchangers to use both properties non simultaneously.

Who we are

We are a retired couple. He an ex teacher and she an ex nurse. We have done a number of exchanges in the past few years, and have always kept in touch with our friends afterwards. We would look after your property as our own, and will always leave it as you would wish it to be left. We are non smokers, and very clean and tidy.

House in the UK situated close to seaside town of Minehead 3 miles, Dunster medieval village 1mile, Exmoor hills, forests and villages in the immediate vicinity. Bath, Exeter and Bristol within 1hr 30 mins driving, and Cornwall a 3 hr drive away.
Apartment in Spain in seaside town with wonderful beaches, bars and restaurants, and very Spanish, as this is a Spanish holiday area. Valencia city 1hr away, and Barcelona 2hrs away by train.
