Our home

We offer a comfortable family home just 15 minutes walking distance to Cambridge city centre and an easy 50-minute train trip to London. Looking for non-simultaneous exchange from 19 to 27 December 2019.

We have four bedrooms and can sleep up to seven. Three of the rooms have double beds and the single has a bunk bed. There is a large kitchen, as well as an outdoor patio and grill.

While here you can enjoy a large, attractive garden with pond and children's play area, including a trampoline.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We have many parks nearby and the local shops are conveniently located within a short walk. Jesus Green is a large nearby park, and Jesus Green swimming pool is a large outdoor pool on the northern edge of Jesus Green next to the picturesque River Cam.

To the east is Midsummer Common, a large green space in the middle of Cambridge which is still used for grazing. The City centre is a short walk through Jesus Green or Midsummer Common.

Near the house is a chemist (pharmacy), greengrocer, supermarket and a butcher at Arbury Court. The closest grocery shop is the Co-op on 129 Milton Road CB4 1XE.
