We built the house ourselves last year and it is well maintained. The house comprises of master bedroom with en-suite shower & dressing room, 3 further double bedrooms, family bathroom, downstairs wc, living room, playroom, family room, atrium with dining area, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room & study. It has underfloor heating to all rooms. We have a futon bed under a high-sleeper bed in our daughter's room which would sleep 2. we have a large garden with a trampoline (caged) and swingset. Contact us about the use of car subject to our insurance.
We are Jason & Louise and have two children aged 11 and 8. Jason is a firefighter for the Ministry of Defence and Louise works in a solicitors office part-time.
We are emigrating to Australia (Sunshine Coast) and our house is currently on the market for sale. Unfortunately the housing market is not good at the moment so we are considering a long-term house exchange from around June 2008 for one year or longer, ideally. This can be broken down into 3 month, or longer, intervals if we can get a continuation from one property to the next - it's gonna take some organising!! Ideally we are looking from Maroochydore to Noosa so if you are interested let us know asap!
Our house is situated in a private quiet road within walking distance to the town & train station(approx 1 mile), local supermarket, shops and easy access to major link roads (A14), allowing access to Cambridge, London, Norwich, etc. Bury st Edmunds is a good sized town with a traditional market twice a week. Bury St Edmunds boasts the smallest pub in Britain and an abbey with award winning gardens, etc.
