Your neighbourhood

We are lucky to live in such a cheery, family friendly street that is 20mins walk to the beach and 10mins walk to Brighton station. Direct trains from here can take you to London in less than an hour. The Duke of York Picturehouse is a grade 11 listed cinema showing art house movies and is on the corner of our road. Brighton attracts tourists all year round with its many diverse things to do. Everything is within walking distance or you could use our bikes to explore. Brighton if full of fabulous cafes, restaurants, bars, and clubs. There is a theatre, museums, art galleries, flea markets, and of course the famous 'Laines' that are full of wonderful shops. Brighton beach has cafes and bars all along the seafront and a walk along the Palace Pier is a must. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with the South Downs and Ditchling Beacon where you can take in the most fantastic views.
