Our home

This home has a very natural feel. Natural wood floors throughout. Oak furniture. Very light and airy. Lots of plants. Lovely comfy sofa, as well as a futon seat on the floor for yogis like me.
Small bathroom with Shower over bath.

Double bed.
Futon mattress in living room can serve as a second bed.

Desk area: with printer, scanner, phone and internet connection.

The place tends to retain warmth very well. Has electric storage heaters. Double glazing.

Small area of lawn in front - and area with washing lines at back (not exactly a large or private garden, but the countryside is our back garden!)

Attached to only one other flat (above). Detached houses either side. Quiet neighbours - mostly sheep and cows, a few people!

Wake up to joyful birdsong and lambs bleating, before heading off and exploring!

Who we are

  1. I love yoga, walking, cycling, nature and eating healthily. I'm a vegetarian. I'm also a mature student, studying Creative Writing and photography at Bath Spa University (I travel there a couple of times each week from here, so I can tell you it's a really nice drive to get there). I love visiting new places and exploring.
Although I live in a rural place, I do like to dip into more buzzing places. I love the country, but sometimes miss the city. I like a bit of both. However, I am also interested in places of unspoiled natural beauty in different parts of the world as well.
