Who we are

  1. We are Ray and Sheila, a retired couple whose children have left home. We enjoy our home and garden but also like to travel. We would take as much care of your house as we do of our own. We have exchanged on seven very successful occasions, the latest being in Australia, and are looking forward to further enjoyable experiences.
We will always reply to an enquiry.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Bexhill is approx. 10 miles east of Eastbourne and 30 miles east of Brighton. Our house is in a residential area, half a mile from a quiet beach, and 1 mile from the town centre. There are rail links to Eastbourne/Brighton/Hastings and London. There are frequent buses to nearby towns. London is about 50 miles distant. Bexhill is a quiet town with numerous restaurants and cafes. There are no department stores, but a medium sized Sainsburys provides day to day food shopping. There is a large retail park about 2 miles distant.
Bexhill is also home to the iconic, art deco building, the De la Warr pavilion, which houses an art gallery, theatre, cafe and restaurant. Bexhill beach is a pebble beach but sandy when the tide is out.
The historic towns of Battle and Hastings are each approximately 7 miles distant.
