Our home

Our house is a recently fully refurbished detached victorian house in north kingston set over 4 levels, including a large family open plan kitchen/dining area with fully bifolding doors out to the back garden. There is a larger utility area, with Washing machine and dryer. Then at the front of the property is a snug and cosy adult room with TV and wood burner. In addition we have a basement level (high celings) with full family games (full size pool table, table football, large TV and powerful Sonos sound system). We have 4 bedrooms, on the first floor, there is a large double at the front of the property which is lovely and bright (this also has 2 extra beds in it should you need more than 7 sleeping spots!) , next to this is a room currently used by our 1 year old son, then a bright family bathroom with bath and showed. Finally on this floor at the back is another decent size room with bunk beds. Upstairs is the Master bedroom level, with full on suite and a massive Super King size bed. This room has a juiliette balcony looking over the garden.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We are extremely lucky to live where we do. You can walk into Richmond Park within 15 mins from our House, one of the most beautiful spaces in london with its Deer. The other way gets you to the RIver Thames in less than 10mins where you can turn left along Kingston Riverside (a great place for shopping or to visit the food market - it's an old market town), then on to Hampton Court and beyond. There is also another Royal park this way called Bushy park with some great walks and an awsome kids playground. Turn right and you can walk down to Teddington (great pubs, restaurants, cafes etc) or on to Richmond. If you just want a shorter walk then the Boaters pub sits on the river and serves a great pint (and decent food). If you want to head into London, then you can go into Kingston for trains to Waterloo (30mins) and travel into Oxford Circus for shopping or shows) or head to richmond to get the overground district line tube to the free museums in Kensington ( Natural History, V&A, Science etc)

Best restaurants
Boaters, Deea Curry house
Where to go shopping
Kingston or richmond both great
Local walks
Richmond Park, down the river, Bushy park
Top day trips
Into london, Southbank or the museums in Kensington
