Our home

We live in a quite Georgian town house in Bath, 20 minutes walk from the city centre. On four stores this spacious property has everything for the family. There is a large garden with a trampoline and lawn. We have a games room for rainy days and a snug TV and sitting room. On the two upper floors are three bed rooms and one office/bedroom which sleep six maximum.

Form the house there are views of the surrounding country side.

Property features

Who we are

  1. We are a family of four with two boys 11 and 13 years and a cat as part of our home. We live in a relaxed style and enjoy the local life Bath has to offer. Anna my wife is a sculptor and I am an Osteopath working in Bristol.

We are seeking an exchange for the first time to help our family experience living in another country before our boys grow up to much more.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

The district of bath called Larkhall is situated on the edge of the City of Bath. It is a quite area but with surprisingly good shops and food out lets. There is a super market 30 meters form our door with everything for daily needs.

Bath itself is a beautiful City with good amenities and entertainment and a wealth of history and old English charm. It is a must on every tourist to England.

As we are on the edge of Bath there is easy access to the country with walks swimming and many country activities. There is quick access to the M4 and M5 motor ways to Wales, Devon and Cornwall and the midlands. By rail and by the M4 it is two and a half hours to central London (traffic allowing).

The neighbouring City of Bristol is only 30 minutes by car and is equally full of life and activities for all ages and tastes.
