Our home

Our home is large and comfortable with 5 bedrooms (one en-suite)and two bathrooms. We have two living rooms, one for entertaining and a cosy snug for evenings. The kitchen is modern with an adjoining dining room. We have 1/2 acre of garden and stunning views over the river and local countryside. Our location is rural but within easy reach of amenities.

Who we are

  1. Hi. We are Jenny, Eugene and Alice. We are in our early 40s and our daughter Alice is 4. I am a Financial Director in the family business, Eugene is a civil servant and Alice is starting school this year. We love to travel and have the opportunity in 2010 for an extended holiday. We would love to house swap, to experience "real living" in a different country and settle into the community for a month. Please feel free to ask any questions about our house and location.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Our home in situated just at the top of Lough Neagh. We are one of only two houses on the road. Just 5 mins drive is one of Irelands best known thatched pubs where musicians gather at the weekend for traditional irish music sessions and a pint of Guinness. Belfast (recently voted one of the most popular city destinations in Europe) is 40 min drive and has gone through massive regeneration with great restaurants, lively bars and plenty of shopping.Dublin is only 2.5 hours and Donegal 1 hour. We are one hour from the beautiful Antrim coast where you will find The Giants Causeway, Bushmills Whiskey Distillery (oldest whiskey brewery in the world) and many other breath taking attractions.
