Our home

We offer a beautiful 2 bedroomed cottage on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors which is home to Dalby Forest and a mile from the glorious beaches of Scarborough. York, Whitby, Filey, Bridlington and numerous other historical and breathtakingly beautiful sights and places can be visited easily.
in 2014 we have the grand depart of the Tour de France here in Yorkshire early July we are looking for an exchange for the whole of July 2014

  1. Keith & I are both retired and love to travel the world. Keith was an Engineer and Managing Director of a large company & we were based in Singapore for 13 years. I was in real estate. We have one daughter who is married with one granddaughter who live in Yorkshire

Ideally located as a touring base for North Yorks National Park which includes Whitby, famous for Captain Cook & inspiration for Bram Stokers 'Dracula', not to mention 'Brideshead Revisited' at Castle Howard Stately Home. Also the setting for the TV series of 'Heartbeat' & 'The Royal' in nearby Goathland & Scarborough. Historic York is less than 45 minutes drive away.
