Our home

Our villa is in an elevated setting of a small town with stunning views of mountains on 3 sides and a woodland to the rear. We are on a small complex of villas built around 12 years ago. The nearest Town/City of Fethiye by the sea is a 30 minute car journey or 30/40 minute bus ride away.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We live in a developing village/town with new schools being built, new housing and generally regenerating the village. The local people are very friendly and some speak a little English. There are plenty of small supermarkets and a fruit and veg market on a Friday. Local buses (dolmus, prounounced dolmush) will take you into the nearest large town/city of Fethiye with wonderful traditional Turkish shops and also restaurants all along the seafront.

Best restaurants
Esinti local restaurant on the hill above the villas, Fatihs bar are 2 popular venues.
Nightlife
There is only one local bar as above so most people on holiday would tend to drive or take a bus into Fethiye where there is a busy nightlife particularly in the summer months.
Favourite cafés
Kasabi is a fairly new cafe serving traditional local cuisine
Where to go shopping
In the village lots of little shops as well as supermarkets and a fruit and vegetable market every Friday within the centre of the village and also Fethiye 30/40 minutes away
Your area's cultural and historical landmarks
Tlos historical ruins, Saklikent Gorge,
Local walks
To be added later date
Places you love to exercise
At our villa and sports centre in village and in Fethiye opportunity to play badminton
Top day trips
