Our home

Our holiday apartment is a fantastic place for a relaxing vacation in Turkey. The 156 sqm apartment (including 30 sqm balconies) has three bedrooms, one bathroom, an extra separate toilet, large livingroom and an open kitchen. Both the east and west facing balcony has a spectacular view of the Mediterranean and the Taurus mountains.

Two large pool areas, one with a pool bar, sauna, gym and a tennis court.

While you can walk or take the bus to Mahmutlar (the village by the seaside) or use the shuttlebus service of the complex it is recommendable to rent a car especially if you come in spring or autumn and wish to sightseeing a lot. If you come primarily for relaxing by the pool or going to the beach you can easily use the bus, shuttlebus or taxi to Mahmutlar or Alanya.

Property features

Who we are

  1. We are a Danish couple in our early fourties with two girls (8 and 12). We are looking for simultanoues or non-simultanoues exchanges anywhere.

  2. Lise is a teacher and Jakob is an inhouse lawyer.

  3. Our apartment is our second home and is fully equipped for both a relaxing and adventourus time in Turkey. Having spent +15 vacations in Turkey we now wish to explore other countries and thought we would try exchanging our second home for other adventures.

Your neighbourhood

Our holiday apartment is placed about 2,5 km up the mountainside with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea, the Taurus mountains and Alanya. Down the mountain you find the village of Mahmutlar, a fantastic village about 12 km east of Alanya. It's more quiet than Alanya, but with many restaurants and cafés and only a short busride from the Alanya pulse.
