Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Our house is situated in a private quiet residential area 15km east of Malaga. It is 150m away from the sea. There is a supermarket 10 minutes walking. There are no hotels and mass turism complexes around so the beach doesn't get crowded. Along the coastline road in both directions there are few typical Spanish restaurants serving the speciality of the region (small fried fish). 4kms away there is a small town where you can find shops, banks, more restaurants and nightlife. It is convinient to have a car if you want to travel around Andalucia but it is not necesary if you want to relax and visit Malaga and other small towns around as you can use the bus line (bus stop on the main road by the beach). With the best weather in Europe, the summer starts in March and last till November. The winter time is also nice although it is generally more windy and there are some rainy days. Málaga is a medium size city with cultural and leisure offers. Picasso museum and other galleries. There is a Roman theatre archeologic site and Arab Andalusi castels overlooking Málaga. The city offers great variety of bars, restaurants and discos. The food is specially good Meditarranean style. There is also a great sky resort 2 hours drive near Granada (November-March) Other activities in the area are golf, horse riding, diving, kitesurf, windsurf, hiking and climbing.
