Our home

The apartment is located ten minutes walking from the most beautiful and modern district in Valencia now "The Arts and Science City", near to the Oceanographic, the Big Gulliver Park, The Opera Palace, The Music Palace, the Hemisferic Panoramic Cinema, the Science Museum....You can go to the city center or to the beach by bus, metro or bicycle in ten minutes. The address is calle Lorenzo Palmireno, 2 (Valencia 46021). There is a metro Station "Amistat" five minutes walking from the flat.
The flat has a room with two single beds, one sofa-bed for two people in the living-room and two more supletory beds in another part of the house that you can aisle with a removible door. There is a large sunny terrace (20 m) with summer teka furniture. It's a very cute apartment with stone floor, air-conditioning and central heating. It is decorated like in the pop sixties style.

Who we are

We are Laura and Daniel, a married couple. We own a lawyers buffete in Valencia and we need to visit London for four months. We are moving to London on march the 10th to july the 10th. We have a quiet dog (English bulldog) that is traveling with us. We have no children but your children are welcome in our home. We will treat your property with loving care.

Ideally located as a touring base, our town offers easy access to the cities of Alicante (2 hours by car), Barcelona and Madrid (3 hours by car) and paradise Balear Islands: Mallorca, Ibiza and Formentera (1/2 hour by airplane). You can visit Paris, London, Amsterdam or Rome in two hours by airplane (low cost airlines from Valencia). The house is ten minutes walking from the "Arts and Science City" www.cac.es (search "photo gallery"). Situated in a shopping area (no traffic), with shops, restaurants, cinema, big stores, pharmacies, caffes...etc.
