Our home

This loft penthouse offers you that little bit extra for your holiday in Palma city. The location is excellent and the terrace and services provided make this an ideal choice for working holidays as well as stylish and relaxing city breaks. Located on the third floor in the building, but there is a lift for those that would rather not run up and down stairs during their holidays! This is something of a luxury in the centre of Palma where most of the apartment buildings have stairwells that are too narrow to allow for the installation of a lift.
The apartment has been furnished with style and functionality as top priorities. The bathroom is sleek and fully equipped, much like the two double bedrooms.
It is an open plan and modern apartment with a top-of-the-line kitchen and a living room equipped with a flat-screen TV and computer with internet access that can be used for any DVDs that you choose to bring or rent.
Having internet access makes it possible for guests to stay in contact with family in an easy way while being away and also makes this apartment ideal for those that have to take their business with them on holiday.

Who we are

We are a small family composed by me Fernando and my two kids, Aleco and Adrian who are 13 and 9, we use to travel together everywhere, sometimes alone, sometimes joint us another family member. Education and respect are on our top priroties while knowing the world around. We are kind, flexible and like to have fun, but not under others expenses.
We like mostly do active activities as sking and water sports although we can aslo stay at home quietly playing play station games too!

The apartment is located in a renovated building on one of the better-known streets in the centre of Palma. There are plenty of interesting restaurants and bars, art galeries, shops to choose from in the area and you are very near tourist attractions such as the marvellous cathedral and La Lonja.
