200 yr old country villa on the Costa Brava, v.near beaches/medieval towns

The villa is situated on the edge of a small community near Pals in Baix Empordá. Our views are beautiful - farmland of fruit orchards, sunflower, wheat, rice and corn fields in the foreground and medieval hill towns in the distance. The property is known as a "Masia" and is the typical classic villa of Catalonia. It has been restored and maintained well, while leaving the natural details of the original brickwork intact. We have available 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 restroom, a v.large kitchen, dining room and 3 eating areas. There are 3 large terraces off the upstairs living room/bedrooms, with great views and sunbeds/outdoor shower. All the modern amenities are installed - incl. large flat screen tv, cd/dvd, air conditioning etc.. We have decorated the house with lots of art and comfortable modern furniture. Our habit is to eat outside on warm sunny days - which is most of the time!! The sculpture patio is alive with flower beds and the garden green and inviting for activities and relaxing.
