Our home

Detached Villa in Villamartin, Alicante, Spain. Very close to Villamartin Clubhouse, and adjacent to Villamartin Plaza. Fully furnished with private off road parking. Two double bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, large double bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Ground floor terrace overlooking pool, secluded terraced area upstairs. Villa has all the comforts of home, washing machine, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. The Villa is in a residential area, but only 5 mins by car to La Zenia and Campoamor beaches. Restaurants and bars, and supermarket all within walking distance.

My name is Mary, and my husbands name is Brian. We are 47, and 50 and are both working professionals. We are new to home exchanging, and it seems like a wonderful way to explore the world!

Your neighbourhood

The property is our holiday home which we let out during the year. Villamartin golf is 18 hole championship golf course, the entrance is less than 1 minute walk away from the Villa. Villa martin plaza is adjacent to the Villa, with supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants and bars. There are two further golf courses within a short car drive from the Villa. Bowling, and Go-Karts are nearby, and Doctors, Dentists, Hairdressers, Banks are all nearby.
