Our home

Our home is the perfect place if you want to be close to Seville's wonderful, busy city centre, but being able to retire to a more local, quiet place with trees and open space. Our family home is situated on the 11th floor with very few other tall buildings in the city so we have amazing views over Seville. It was fully renewed in 2008 and is very light. Kitchen and living room is open-plan. Carla's room has sleeping space for two, the main bedroom has a double bed and Oscar's room has a high bed. One bathroom with shower and on guest bathroom. Access to the roof.

Property features

Who we are

  1. We are a family of four: 8 year old Carla and 12 year old Oscar. Sarah is from Denmark, and Dani is a true Sevillian who loves to show the best spots of his city.

  2. We are both self-employed; Dani is an ice cream maker, and Sarah is a translator.

  3. We love travelling and are an open minded family. We have done other home swaps in the past with very positive experiences for both sides.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Our apartment is situated in a nice authentic neighbourhood in a comfortable distance to Seville Old town/City Centre (15 mins walk/5-10 minutes by bus). Going in the opposite direction, 3 mins walk from the apartment, is the river and the regions biggest park. The riverside promenade takes you all the way to the city centre, or the century old neighbourhood Triana. Outside the building you will find small shops and several excellent tapas bars with terraces. There is a basketball pitch and two play grounds close by.
