Our home

The apartment is a wonderful triplex/atic in the historic center of Sevilla. It has one huge bedroom with bathroom insuit with half ceiling windowed to one of the terraces so as you can see the moon/sun from inside. It has also one children room with a little bed for a girl/boy plus enough space to place a mattres in the floor, and bathroom in front. Another bedroom/studio room in the second floor with two single sofa-beds. Enormous and beautiful living room 11 x 4,5 mtrs size. The apartment also has two private terraces, one in the second level and another one in the third level from where you will enjoy absolutely magnificent views to La Giralda and The Cathedral. Sun deck at that level plus chairs and table to enjoy from breakfast to romantic dinners.

Who we are

We are a young couple with a little 5 years old girl. My husband is a medical doctor and I work as a sales executive in a multinational beer company.
We have never tried to exchange house before and feel a little bit concerned about it, but I guess this may be the same feeling that everybody must have about exchanging their beloved home.
We love NYC and want to spend the month of July there living like "real" new yorkers (we lived there in 1988 and even married there some years ago). Of course, will take care of everything as if own as we know you will do with our beloved house. Believe me, it's absoluteley marvellous home (old building, but completely new house)with amazing views. Summer in Sevilla is hot and that allows you to have wonderful dinners outside.

Your neighbourhood

Our house is located in center/historic Sevilla, beautiful city in the south of Spain. We live 3 minutes walking to any important monument in the city: La Giralda, famous tower from the time of the moors,the gothic Cathedral, third biggest in the world after Rome and San Paul in London, gorgeous Barrio Santa Cruz, marvellous AlcÃ¡zar palace. Also 3 minutes walking to the river Guadalquivir and Torre del oro. Neigbourhood is very lively, full of restaurants, tapas bars, shops, monuments... if you want to enjoy Seville, nothing better than real center.
Also, Sevilla is very near to other beautiful cities in the south: Granada (2 hrs driving), Cordoba (45 minutes train), Málaga (Costa del Soln(2 hrs driving)Cadiz (1 hr driving, 1 hr driving either to Cadiz or Huelva beaches. Even 2,5 hrs train to Madrid or 1,5 hrs to Algarve in Portugal.
