Our home

My apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a refurbished 18th. century Palace house, in the heart of the historical centre of Seville. It looks out over the rooftops and flowered terraces to a Baroque church dome (Basílica San Salvador).
Small but very comfortable, it is the perfect chance to know the town. You will enjoy its lighty, cosy and quiet atmosphere.

Its 45 m2 consist of: foyer, bathroom, bedroom, living room with kitchenette. Shared roof-terrace (very quiet). Ideal for 2 people, or 2 adults + 2 children.

Living room: 3 places sofa, table & chairs. Hifi, TV, Internet connection, books & CD.
Bedroom: sofa-bed (very easy to open), closet, table and chair; sheets and bed linen provided.
Bathroom: bath-tube, toilet, basin, washing machine, shelves. Towels provided.
Kitchenette: little fridge, microwave, toaster, pans & pots, dishe, glasses, cutlery etc. Electric cooker.
*Air conditioning in each room (inverter system, very silent).

I underline the nice central patio of the building, the excellent view from the balcony and also the views from the roof (Cathedral, Giralda, etc).

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Location: Street San Isidoro, in the district "Centro-Santa Cruz" of Sevilla, Capital of Andalusía. Enjoying a perfect situation in the city centre: Public transport (Tram, metro, taxis, buses) banks, all kind of commerces, supermarket and restaurants are closeby.

Its location is ideal because it is within walking distance from interesting places of interest such as the Cathedral, the Giralda Tower and the Royal Palaces, Flamenco Museum, Barrio de Santa Cruz (with its little streets and patios), Plaza del Salvador and Plaza de la Alfalfa, Pilates' House, etc.

Unforgettable are the flamenco performances in Santa Cruz, with especially a visit to one of the typical taverns in the area of Triana. It is also recommended to make a boat trip over the Guadalquivir river with the Torre del Oro (Golden tower) as departure point.

Some of the main dates of Seville: Semana Santa, Feria de Abril, Bienal de Flamenco (oct. 2010),
Festival de Cinema... : In and around Sevilla there is much to do!

Seville has an international Airport, it is linked by high speed train (AVE) to Madrid, Cordoba, Jerez, Cádiz.
You can visit: Italica (12 km,roman city where Hadrien, Trajan Emperators were born, Sénèque lived...), Carmona (25 km), Cazalla de la Sierra (montains at north), Ronda, Doñana natural park...
