This apartment is furnished to a high standard, constructed in typical rustic Mallorquin style and situated in the peaceful countryside just outside the village of Son Carrió.
The apartment sleeps 2 in the double-bedded room and up to 2 children on the futon- sofa bed on the top floor.

Who we are

We are a couple in our fifties who love travelling and quiet life. Our house is attached to the apartment we exchange; so we are not really exchanging the house we live in. We usually accommodate our friends and family there so that they feel free and independent.
This is the first time we will go through this experience and we'd really like to enjoy it and do it again.
