Our home

We offer a clean, comfortable, sunny 3 bedroom apartment situated in the heart of the Mar Menor. There are three double beds and three single beds. It also has a spacious living room with a balcony, a bath, and a complete equipped kitchen. We also offer the use of three bikes to use in the surroundings.

Who we are

We are a 60 year old retired couple, John and Mercedes, who have lived for thirty years in Australia (melbourne). Once retirement we came back to Spain and from time to time we like to go back on holidays to Australia as we have many friends there. We can guarantee that we will look after your home as if it was ours. If you need any references we will be more than happy to give them to you. WE HAVE BOOKED TO FLY TO AUSTRALIA ON THE 9TH OF NOVEMBER 2009. WE ARE KEEN TO ORGANIZE AN EXCHANGE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE EXCHANGE DOESNT HAVE TO BE SIMULTANEOUS.

Your neighbourhood

Our apartment is situated in the heart of the Mar Menor. Here it is sunny all year round having an average temperature of 25 degrees. It is a two minute walk away from the famous mud baths, these are known to have special properties that help with arthritis, reuma and all types of muscular pains. There is also a very beautiful bike ride, or walk that one can make, which leads up to the main sea and passes through dunes where there live protected species of bird life. Nearby you can also play golf. 2 minute walk away are all the cafes, restaurants and shops and there is also internet cafe.
