My home is a typical Spanish good-sized apartment.
It has a very sunny façade and the furniture is quite pleasant, particularly the kitchen, which is very new, with a solid oak tree table. It also has a lovely solid chest of drawers near the table.
The living room is spacious and light and catches all the warmth of Spanish afternoons and sunsets, it has big yellow sofas and a TV (which I don't watch much!). The living room opens up onto a lovely terrace with furniture to sunbathe/sit around, a hoose and room for plants which I haven't had much time to buy yet! The terrace is perfect to be out in the summer evenings/nights, once the heat has receeded. If you want to stay out daytime I have an awning which converts into a canopy.
The flat has two modern bathrooms, a BIG double bedroom, one middle sized bedroom and a smaller bedroom.
There are lots of toys hanging around which belong to my 1 year-old daughter, young Iria.
The flat is very close to the city center of Ronda, 5-10 min. walk.
I am a busy single mum, mother of young Iria, who would like to spend some time in Bristol/ Bath this summer. I lived in Bristol for eight years and miss it but I'm currently living and working full-time in Spain.
I'm quite a "green" person, a teacher as profession.
I live in inland Málaga, in a remarkably beautiful twon called Ronda, known for its spectacular gorge, legends revolving around bandits and the Moorish and fantastic food with local dishes like "rabo de toro" (bull's tail).
Ronda is not far from a few Natural Parks, like Sierra de Grazalema, Sierra Bermeja or Sierra de las Nieves.
You can hire a car and visit the amazing pueblos blancos, like Genalguacil, do hikking routes, cycle or even paraglide in the not far "Zahara de la Sierra". It is not far from Marbella, on the coast and there are regular buses there.
Ronda is a phantastic place to enjoy some adventure holidays for those interested in Nature or for those just interested in the sun and walking around the Sierras.
It is connected to Malaga by train and by bus.
