Our home

We Are loking for a Exchange from 1 week upto 4 weeks . Our home has three bedrooms, between them as our kids have regular sleepovers. We have a large terrace with an open air swimming pool , barbecue and pool table . sunbathung and patio furniture.
Beach and town centre is 500m away, The house is clean fully equiped and comfortable.

Who we are

My wife and me are from the UK,We use this as our Holiday home,The People the climate The Culture the Food the Wine and of course the place itself has to be one of the best in the world.Yet it is still layed back the way that only the Spanish can do it.
We have three boys aged 15,12,6 years

The house is in the centre of town all amenties are close by Beach ,Loro park ,Lagos de martianez ,Plaza Charco ,Casino and much more.All Are within easy walking .
Puerto de la Cruz is at the North of the Island the weather and climate is great lush green vegetation, climate Tenerife is known as 'Island of Eternal Spring'!! Although do remember it is still warmer and sunnier than alot of Europe all year round

Tenerife's weather, similar to all of the islands in the archipelago of the Canaries has an all year round climate. With its warm hot climate,in summer a lovery average between 24*C to 26*C just a few kilometres away From north Aficrian coast, even though this is the case Tenerife as do the rest of the Canary Islands experience a 'Spring like' temperature throughout the year.
