Our home

There are three bedrooms and 4 baths. Two have jacuzzi tubs. There are 2 living rooms, dining room, kitchen,laundry room, large deck and barbecue area. There is a 2 car covered carport, a well kept yard, and a pool with solar heat. You can see Lake Chapala and the mountains from the house and flat roof area. Heat and air conditioning not needed.

Who we are

We are three retired people from the U.S. We enjoy traveling. We have a small Bichon Freeze dog who does not shed, is clean and house trained. We like to fish, read, shop, meet people and we like clean, neat, non smoking living. We do not drink alcohol but do not mind other people who do.

Your neighbourhood

We are 3 miles from Chapala and Ajijic. Both have great shopping, lakefronts, country club, golfing, restaurants, Medical Clinics, and all the charms of old Mexico. There are wild horses roaming the neighborhood. the people are friendly and helpful. Most are Americans and Canadians. There is much to do and see. Guadalajara is just 30 mins away. The small towns around the area are quaint and very friendly. This area is considered one of four best climates in the world.
