Our home

Our villa has 2 double bedrooms and a self contained annex bedroom with ensuite shower room. Main bathroom also has a freestanding shower. The kitchen has recently been completely refitted with all modern appliances. Combined lounge/dining room with open fireplace. From the lounge double doors lead onto a large south facing terrace ideal for alfresco dining. The terrace has sea views and overlooks a small private walled garden with own barbecue. There is 24 hour site security and plenty of car parking. There are 3 large and attractively designed swimming pools within 2 minutes of the villa.
We have been in Nerja for some 24 years and never tire of returning so it must have that special something.

Who we are

We are Tom and Pat, both retired Government officials. We have a daughter and son, both flown the nest so we now have the time and opportunity to visit the places we have always wanted to. We have experience of home exchange in Italy and USA which have been very successful and rewarding.You can be assured we will look after your home, possessions and privacy as we would our own.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We are 40 minutes from Malaga International Airport by car and from the villa can walk to the Balcony of Europe in the centre of Nerja in 20 minutes. Local bus service convenient to the villa and main bus service to Malaga, Granada, etc at the bottom of the road. We have 2 golf courses within 20 minutes by car. Other local activities include horse riding, tennis, walking and Burriana beach is only 15 minutes walk away with paragliding, diving and other water sports. Lots of places to see and visit ie abundance of value for money restaurants, famous white hillside village of Frigiliana 10 kms, caves in Maro 5kms, Malaga 55 kms, Granada 80 kms with skiing in winter. Day trips are popular to Gibraltar, Ronda, Cordoba, Seville and Portugal is only 4 hours by car.
