Lovely apartment located by water on Mahon Harbour

If you're looking for some sun and culture on a beautiful, unspoilt Meditarranean Island, Menorca is the place for you! Our beaches are some of the finest in the world, with cristal-clear water - wonderful for swimming, snorkelling and boating. Interesting pre-historic archaelogical sites and a vast maritime history with many places of interest to see. (Take a look at the 'Estrella Damm Menorca' ad on you-tube which gives you a great virtual tour plus music by Ozzie band!)June 24th also sees one of Spain's most popular fiestas, the San Juan fiestas in Ciudadela at the other end of the island (max 1 hour drive)

Our apartment is located right on the water on the North shore of Mahon Harbour, the largest natural harbour in the world after Pearl Harbour and fascinating for anyone interested in maritime history. A 5-minute drive from main port which is packed with bars and restaurants. It is a small block of just 5 units in a quiet area, spacious and comfortable with magnificent views from both of its terraces. There are actually three bedrooms and two bathrooms, 1 double-bed with en-suite bathroom, the other 2 single beds and although we tend to use the third bedroom for storage etc,it has bunk beds. Available 1st half August 2011 and most of September, but we are looking to exchange on North Shore Sydney in January 2012. 'Could offer a longer period in Menorca in the summer of 2012.
