Our home

I am willing to exchange my apartment located in the area of Madrid called Arturo Soria. My apartment is a small but cute, and very sunny and quiet. It has a pleasant balcony with plants and view to gardens on both sides. There is one bedroom with double bed and a sofa that turns into a bed as well. In total, the apartment fits 3 people. The apartment is in a fourth floor and there is no elevator. There is individual heating / air condition.
It is usually available during holidays but feel free to write and ask about any other time.
I have exchanged/rented several times for both short and long periods of time and so far everybody was very happy with it!

Who we are

I teach at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and I love to travel. Especially, I like to spend time in Greece, Italy, France and Portugal but I am open to any place.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Arturo Soria is a nice and quite residential area. It is called upon the architect that designed the "linear city" (http://www.magplane.com/html/9-30-10-7-2002.htm). Arturo Soria street is all that was ever built of it!
The neighbourhood is full of shops and there is also a municipal sports centre very close by (tennis courts, swimming pool).
It is very well communicated to the city centre by both bus and metro (about 30 ms. to the centre).
