Our home

As you can see in the pictures it is a very centric and spacious apartment in Madrid. Very sunny and close to a big green area.
45m2 living room will make your stay very comfortable and the 2 bedrooms, one with bathroom included, are very quiet so you will be able to sleep the whole night without any noise. Very practical kitchen fully equiped

Your neighbourhood

Located next to Castellana Street where you can find all the museus and shopping aereas. Very well communicated by metro: 40min to Aeroport, 15 min to old town.Very quiet and not noisy neighbourhood. Lots of supermakets and all kind of facilities around (cinema OV with subtitles, library,...) It is also easy to find a parking place during night. Private parking located next to the building.
5 minutes walk from the apartment, there's a huge park with a golf practice course, paddle court, running tartan and restaurants with lovely terraces...
