Our home

We live in a very comfortable penthouse. It is a fifteen and sixteen floor so the views are stunning. There is a large living/dining room, big kitchen with all facilities, one bathroom and two rooms with terraces downstairs and a big suite with a bedroom, bathroom and terraces upstairs. There is a swimming pool, paddle, basketball and football courts, playing ground and a big garden with lot of trees in the communitary area. The house will be thoroughly cleaned before your stay by our housekeeper.

Who we are

We are a family of three, I am 39 years old, my husband is 52 years old, and a girl of 6 years old, very well behaved. I have my own business, a women's gym and my husband owns a company which develops shopping centers. Travelling is what we like the most, and home exchange seems to be perfect for us. We would like to go in summer 2011 to California for a few weeks. Please do not hesitate to e-mail us with offers. We guarantee to respect your home as if it were ours.

We live in one of the best residential areas of Madrid called Chamartin district. The airport is about 15 minutes away by car. Train station two minutes. You can take a bus, the metro or a taxi and in a few minutes you will be in the city center (the royal palace, plaza mayor, flamenco music, museums...) There are many attractions for children as warner park, attraction park, zoo, xanadu shopping center with an indoor ski slope...you can visit beautiful places as Toledo, Segovia, El Escorial, Aranjuez, Avila within the day, and you can go by speed train to Seville, Cordobe, Barcelona in 2-3 hours.
