Penthouse Apartment 3 minutes from the beach

It takes exactly 3min to reach the safe beaches and promenade. The beach on the left is for nature lovers and many naturists enjoy the sand dunes and pine forests, whilst the beach on the right has all mod cons for tourists. Torrevieja is a busy, thriving tourist town, 10min away by bus which goes every 30min. It is about 30 minutes away from Alicante Airport in the opposite direction again with a regular bus service. There are many skandinavians in La Mata, some dutch,germans and english people in this modern spanish village. The nature reserve opposite the flat is a small paradise with pink flamingoes, lizards, abundant birdlife and a small tourist info station. The local wine is grown here, and you can buy it at the small bodega (see picture) at 5euros for 4 litres, just bring an empty plastic container. There are 3 bakeries, 2 small supermarkets, internet cafe, butcher and fish shop amongst the numerous little bars and restaurants. Spanish people love children and spend much time in the parks, playgrounds and village square enjoying a bit of shade. It gets Very Hot in the summer but the flat stays cool and airy.
