Our home

Our home is clean and modern. It is on two levels with the main accommodation having a lounge and balcony with stunning views over the valley. The lower level is self contained with one bedroom, its own kitchen, shower and toilet. There is a large terrace around the pool and a further garden area with an almond, lemon, orange and mandarine tree. the house is not suitable for young children.

Who we are

Lyn and myself are in our mid fifties, having retired to Spain from England four years ago. I had served in the British Police Service and Lyn had been a Company Director.
We have always enjoyed travelling and see Home Exchange as a way of continuing to see the world.
We have 2 cats who would like to be fed & given a bit of TLC.

The house is in an urbanisation set on the side of a moutain overlooking the stunning Jalon Valley with its vineyards, almond and orange groves.
There are numerous restaurants in the valley.
A short 20 minutes drive away is the Mediterranean with its great beaches, harbours and towns.
Within an hour you can explore Valencia, Alicante or Benidorm with its theme park and new nature reserve.
An ideal location to both chill out and explore the this part of Spain.
Car essential and ours is available.
