Detached Chalet Style House

My home is a small 6 year old detached house with all the amenities required. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the main bedroom has its own bathroom and a balcony which is a real suntrap. There is air conditioning/warm air in the lounge and main bedroom, the second and third bedrooms each come equipped with 2 single beds. The shared pool is beautiful and well maintained, and very useable from around April until November, depending upon your constitution. Outside is a small patio/barbecue area, no gardens as such, but adequate space to sit out and enjoy an evening. The street is private and there is always ample parking. The house would give anyone who is considering a move to this part of Spain an opportunity to try the area before they commit to buying a property.
